Adam is an innovative sales leader with a strong background in training, coaching, and creative problem solving. He has proven success in driving revenue growth for complex organizations globally.

Adam began his career as a US Army Officer, where he held various leadership positions both domestically and in combat. His exceptional leadership capabilities and real-time decision-making skills were put to the test often, including during combat where Adam earned a medal for his actions commanding a base defense cell during a heavy attack. Adam’s ability calmly and quickly asses the situation and make critical calls saved the lives of over 50 soldiers. Adam was also selected to represent a large US Army unit during policy change discussions with the Joint Chiefs of Staff, showcasing his ability to communicate effectively at the highest levels of leadership.

After transitioning from military service Adam began working for on of the top executive search firms in the world, recognized in Forbes' Top 10, quickly rising to Senior Partner by successfully placing over 30 Fortune 500 executives and opening two new territories. His international experience spans B2B sales and leadership roles in the Software, Consulting, and Defense Contracting industries, managing diverse teams across Europe, India, Canada, Africa, and the Middle East. Over his career, Adam has been responsible for generating over $80 million in net new annual contract value (ACV) and achieving over $35 million in account growth revenue, signing more than 50 new Fortune 500 logos.

Outside of work, Adam is a published writer and holds a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, having been a former sparring partner for a UFC Champion. His unique blend of military discipline and business acumen enables him to lead teams with purpose and drive results.
